The InfiniiVision 3000G X-Series Oscilloscopes are a versatile and powerful 7-in-1 instrument that offer bandwidth models from 100 MHz to 1 GHz, with up to 5 GSa/s sample rate, up to 4 M points memory, and up to 1,00,000 waveforms/sec update rate. They come with many standard features such as frequency response analysis (Bode plots), zone trigger, embedded serial bus analysis (I2C, SPI, UART, I2S, USB-PD), waveform & measurement histograms, mask & measurement limit testing, a built-in waveform generator, and PathWave BenchVue oscilloscope connectivity software. They also have optional software packages for automotive, aerospace, USB 2.0, and power applications. The oscilloscopes have a 8.5-inch capacitance touch display and a 3-year calibration interval. They are upgradable with hardware and software licensed options available. They support USB host, USB device, LAN, VGA and GP-IB connectivity. They come with passive probes, logic probe (MSO models only), secure erase, interface language support, built-in help language support, localized power cord, soft copy of certificate of calibration, and optional hardware such as enhanced security option, Bode plot training kit, front panel cover and soft carrying case, and rackmount kit.
